A good place to walk. There is a bike path. The embankment of the Sava River stretches from the old bridge to Kalemegdan. At the beginning of the pier there is a river monitor Sava built in 1904, now there is a museum, you can learn a lot of historical facts. Then river boats and pleasure boats are moored. And at the very end, a long line of restaurants begins (probably 10 pieces) - the prices are restaurant prices, but the portions are huge and everything is delicious. Just behind the restaurants there is a pedestrian crossing (by the way, there is an elevator) to the Kalemegdan fortress. There is also an elevator at the old bridge to make it easier to climb with bicycles and strollers. But the embankment does not end there, but goes on to the confluence of the Sava and the Danube. In general, you can walk along the embankment along the entire Old Belgrade (about 10 km). Very beautiful.
