Support asked me for personal information to make a refund (they say that this is a prerequisite for a refund), namely: a photo of the ID card and an IIN.
They gave me a choice: either I provide my personal information or they won't refund the money.
I refused to provide my personal data, I decided to at least get the products back, but that's the problem. I sent them the delivery address. After a week of waiting, I decided to contact support in the chat and find out the delivery time, to which they replied that the refund had already been made. However, I did not receive any email notifications or messages. There are no receipts from them on the card either. Now I'm back in the waiting mode for information from support... In short, another sharashkin office, the application and assortment are not bad, but the quality of service is terrible. I'm no longer on their client list.
