The food and drinks also did not leave anyone indifferent: the croissant is warm, with large amounts of filling, delicate cheesecakes were complemented by sour cream and sweet raspberry jam. The prices are standard: 36 rubles were given for the raf, cocktail and the above-mentioned dishes.

It's a cool place. I ordered an ice cappuccino and a croissant with chicken, very good indeed! The prices are average for Minsk. But the service needs to be worked on (the girl was not in the best mood, did not say hello, but just looked down at the tablet, instead of ice cappuccino, I got ice latte, but I did not touch it anymore)

We are tourists and stayed nearby, we were glad that there is a cafe with breakfast and normal reviews next to us, so we decided not to waste time on the way to the center and come here.
We indicated that we were in a hurry and asked how long it would take for the food to arrive, we were told that within 20 minutes.
It was close to home for us, but we decided to wait on our own.
For 40 minutes, neither drinks nor food were brought to us, after repeated indignation and reminders about ourselves, asking for a refund and willingness to leave, drinks were still brought to us.
We started preparing these drinks only when they gave us these disgusting cheesecakes made of solid flour from the kitchen (they apparently forgot to put cottage cheese there too, they save on customers!), fatty and raw. And so, these cooling plates were standing and the girl started making us coffee. The food should have been returned, now I regret it, but the mood was already so spoiled and I didn't want to waste any more time. I had to eat my companion's sandwich, otherwise I would have gone completely hungry.
I would like to note that several people who came after us have already been served by this point. There were also tables available.
And what happens during rush hours?

It looks like they just forgot about us and started doing it only after a reminder.
It's a shame when you're traveling and every minute counts: you need to have time to see everything and spend so much time waiting for your drink is just irrational.
And one more thing: they didn't bring us our order at first: they put someone else's filter coffee. We understood by the look and took it to the cashier. The drink stood there for a while longer, the girl left and came, and then she took it away to the customer!
She had to redo it, we could try it.. He's already cooled down. I would not like to be in this client's place, but as I understand it, this approach is the norm here.
In addition, the girls are completely lost, one is indifferent, confuses orders and wanted to spit, the other is rude. if you made a mistake, you forgot- correct yourself, apologize, but no.
The mood was ruined.
