Today I bought a bouquet for a colleague at the Flora Decor salon, and I was very pleased with the service. The bouquet was delivered on time, and it looked amazing! The guys even sent a photo before sending, where 11 roses were visible. However, when the bouquet arrived, it turned out that there were 10 flowers in it. It is possible that the courier did something on the way, but this is not a fact. As soon as I reported the problem, the salon staff immediately apologized and sent an additional bouquet as an apology. It is very pleasant when the company reacts so promptly and responsibly to the situation. Excellent service and attentive attitude to customers! Thank you Flora Decor, I will definitely order from you again!
