The tennis courts look great, there are no complaints about this. I give such a low rating due to the fact that I often hear loud moans from the players, which is why it is simply impossible to work from home!

I partially agree with you that this is not entirely fair, because I do not evaluate your service specifically. But I won't take away my grade.
With this review, I want to draw your attention and the attention of those who will use your services to the fact that a very emotional game of tennis can disturb the peace of those who live near this place. The problem is that you work from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (sometimes until 22:30 or a little more) seven days a week. No problem, I'm ready to put up with these screams during the day. But when I wake up in the morning because of these screams and in order to fall asleep properly, I have to wait for you to finally close, it starts to drive me crazy. People often come who scream like they were cut in the evening.
I have to listen to it every day without the opportunity to go somewhere or move. Unfortunately, my office where I work and the bedroom where I sleep are opposite your courts. I understand that not everything depends on you, but can you at least try to ask people who play in the evening and morning not to make so much noise?
The court is great, but as it turned out, the staff does not meet us halfway. I called to stop moaning at 8 a.m. - they just dropped it. We work until late and would really like to wake up not to the moans of men in the early morning.
Please guys, if you come to the court in the morning or late at night, don't moan like I don't know who. The court is located in the middle of a residential courtyard and when you yell at the top of your voice, you literally do it in all the residents' ears. I am not counting on the reaction of the management, everything has become clear with them. But I really count on you as guests.
