Hello.It was this weekend, the water is cold but clean.The service, as always, is on a high level, the staff is polite and helpful.The bags of chips and plastic cups floating in the pool were a little annoying, but on the other hand, just like on a Kapchagai, it smelled like something native and familiar))))The food is delicious, but the sizes have decreased, and the prices have increased on the contrary (((Yeah, I didn't like the innovation with the keys to the cabinets, and you can't leave it on the sunbed, and it's not comme il faut in swimming trunks))Honestly, we rarely go there, so 8 lakes don't have time to get bored.

By a pleasant coincidence, I visited this place on February 29, 2020. My husband and I stayed for 1 day in a cottage. A very spacious and bright cottage with all amenities. The area around is very well maintained and beautiful, with a lot of waterfowl. It was with great pleasure that we walked around the territory almost all day (a very large area). I really liked the local nursery, especially the ostrich and huge bears and a huge number of birds of different species :) On my own behalf, I highly recommend visiting this nursery. Since we went here in winter, we rested at the thermo SPA (hot spring) under the open sky. There are also 3 types of saunas (Turkish, Finnish and Russian). Unfortunately, the Turkish sauna that day smelled very unpleasant (either mold, or something rotten). Regarding the local cuisine: the food is delicious, the price-to-serving ratio is quite acceptable (1 second and 1 salad is more than enough to eat 2). We plan to go there somehow, but already live in a room and not for 1 day, but, for example, for 2-3 days.

But! There are catastrophically not enough sunbeds. What is the logic of the number of sunbeds designed for? That people will be squatting apparently 😅
The on-site cafe is generally a separate topic. The administration does not allow you to bring food with you, while providing good service, the number of tables, waiters, cooks cannot 🥲 my 1.5-year-old child waited for the unfortunate dumplings for more than an hour, swallowing the drool of hunger, despite the fact that they promised to bring the order in 15 minutes …
The only thing that pleases is that the water is clean and does not smell of chlorine.
I am very critical of the service, it is annoying when the price does not match the quality

We left the spa at 10 p.m., it was cold enough, we had to go across the bridge to the bus stop and not only did we wait for the bus for 15 minutes, we also had to walk to the hotel on foot. We have been with family and friends many times. 8 Lakes have deteriorated significantly over the past 5 years. The contingent of vacationers has become aulbai. The price is high for no longer new changing rooms, toilets and more. It feels like managers are squeezing out everything they can just to make a profit. The waiters are slow((((( The bartenders are arrogant. There are no people, no cold drinks after lunch.
