We lived for 2 days in a room (house), insects crawled through the window at night, this is a big minus for 45 thousand tenge per day. The interior of the room is worth 20 thousand a day. At the same time, the bed and bathroom are perfect, very clean. I really liked the thermal spa. But it is very inconvenient that there is no cafe to eat. You can not leave the spa area, otherwise you will have to pay again for admission. If you want to spend the whole day there, you'll probably have to hide and smuggle food). Pools, sun beds - well, there is enough of everything. Bathrobe rental in the thermal spa - 4 thousand tenge, expensive. In general, I can recommend it if you like swimming pools.

I was here once in winter, my son and I really liked it!!! Good breakfasts, delicious cuisine, considerate and unobtrusive service. We've been skating from the bottom of our hearts!!!! We were treated to free tea from the samovar, in winter it was priceless. I also want to thank you for the free tickets to the spa center (this is when you take a room). We plan to visit this place in the summer, maybe I'll make myself a gift for my birthday!

I love this place to relax with my family. But I went on a day off with the kids to spend time by the pool and I really regretted it! Long queues, there are no free sunbeds, and the service is worse than in the cheapest dining room! Our order was accepted after half an hour, we waited a long time for the dishes to be brought, when they arrived, it turned out that half of the order was missing! And no one even apologized. In general, it's worth thinking about whether such a vacation is needed😭

We spent several winter days here, on the eve of the New Year! A wonderful atmosphere, a cozy warm room, a hearty and varied breakfast. We rented skates - we rode on the rink, it's wonderful! I was also pleased with the ice slide (the snow tube was also rented). After skating, we warmed up in Arowana with warm tea and dessert! On my birthday, the administration presented a sweet gift - it was an unexpected surprise! We will definitely return with the whole family

I am very happy with the hot pool and steam rooms. The water is luxurious. Excellent service. Excellent cuisine and drinks. Soft, comfortable lounge chairs. The beauty is all around. Comfortable. Near Almaty. At first glance, it seems that it is a bit expensive on weekends, but in my opinion, it is much more profitable than going to Chunju.
