Clean, neat. We were in the lodge for the night. The houses are warm and clean. There was water and a kettle in the room. The rental price of the house included tickets to the pool and spa. Breakfast is included. We are happy with the rest.

A great place for a good rest, there is everything you need in one place (for me)green + clean air as there are a lot of trees, there is a pool, restaurants, you can go fishing (although I do not like this kind of ready-made fishing), in general it is easier to count what is not there. :)

Mixed impressions.
Positive:
1) The rooms are very clean, except for the unkempt hair. Where do they come from with such cleanliness is the question :)
2) There is water in the room - 2 bottles for two, shampoos, dental kits
3) It's warm in the room, it doesn't blow anywhere, it's comfortable to sleep
4) Good SPA area, no complaints
Minuses:
1) Long waiters in Arowana. They take a sooo long time to come up, despite the almost empty hall
2) The food is definitely not 5 stars. A canteen "boar cutlet" of microscopic size with a huge amount of bread in the composition. Goose with caramelized pear is delicious, but the pear is like boiled
3) I feel sorry for some of the animals in the kennel because of the conditions of detention. The minipig has long hooves that twist (And it's obviously cold outside
4) Arowana is a 24-hour restaurant, but there is no lighting on the territory. Finding your room in pitch darkness on the territory is another quest at 12 at night. It's dark, even if it's an eye! Where to go? Yes, who knows, you don't come here every day 🫣 In the evening at 8 it was also dark near the rooms, the hanging light bulbs on the trees did not work.
5) The entrance to the spa is single, this is the first time I see such a concept
6) The territory is large, but boring

I really like this place. It's not the first time. The pools are large due to this, there is no feeling that you are in a frog house when there are a lot of people. Of course, toilets could be cleaned more often. But in general, it doesn't bother me.
It is better not to order lemonades. There's syrup and water. The kitchen is delicious.

There is a large space to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, in summer you can cool off in the pools, although the water is cool there, in winter it is fashionable to visit a thermal spa with two pools, one of them outside with a water temperature of 37 degrees. The rooms are quite large, the food in the restaurant is quite tasty. It seems that you can still catch trout, have picnics, there is a rope park for children, bicycles, a zoo and probably a lot more, but I haven't had time to visit yet

Probably the only place (I'll say that in the city, because it's just a little bit (30 minutes)) where you can swim very well, eat, and then fall into a flophouse. Take more money and don't take anything with you from food and drinks, because they don't let you in with yours. Don't swear too much at the staff, they are a little wooden there at least for the last 5-6 years, maybe it has become a little more flexible, but I have a feeling that figs to me and to you dear reader. So I put 8 out of 10 due to the fact that there are no such places in Almaty and its regions anymore.

Advantages of the territory, livestock, warmth, well-groomed! Children are delighted.
Cons, there were 4 years ago, breakfast was delicious, porridge was eaten with a bang and fresh. This year we didn't eat anything that wasn't delicious! The service and the kitchen have gone bad, the service lasts for hours! Dirty tables are not even wiped! Poisoned and 2 days of spoiled vacation!

5) restaurant- the food is delicious, but the tables and chairs are sooo not comfortable (what we wanted was not on the menu at the Vostochny restaurant, so we had to have lunch and dinner at the central restaurant. (The view of the restaurant is confusing, there is no comfort, I want at least a tablecloth on the tables, cats climb on the table😬)
