The cost here is like in a 5-star hotel, but the services do not match the prices.
1. You pay 60 thousand per night, but at the same time you can go EITHER to the spa OR to the beach area. If you want to visit both places, pay extra.
2. At the entrance, things are scanned as at the airport, not only for security purposes, but also to take away the food and drinks that you brought with you. Buy everything on site for restaurant prices.
3. There is only one name from the local Wi-Fi - it hardly pulls even sending text messages. Especially in the beach area - there is simply no Internet, you will not be able to pay the bill at a local restaurant, carry a card with you. Cellular Internet does not catch on the beach either (Tele2), the year 2023 is in the yard.
4. The cottages are tired, some furniture is just old - 80-90s.
5. You can't take a bike for a couple of hours to go around the territory. Only for the whole day, and the price is accordingly for the whole day. Plus a deposit.
6. When we moved into the cottage, neither the local telephone nor the safe worked there. We were informed at the reception, everything was fixed pretty quickly, but such things spoil the impression.
7. There are a lot of flies in the restaurant.
8. Some animals in the kennel are in torture conditions, it's hard to look at. Golden eagles not only do not fly, they die from the heat and do not react to anything, they are mangy and tired. Moreover, there is a sign right there that these are animals from the red book. So are the minipigs, who have a plate of dirt instead of drinking water, which no one changes. There was also some kind of animal, like an arctic fox without a sign, all mangy and thin, also did not move and was dying from the heat. Only a sick person can call such a spectacle entertainment.
On the plus side, all the staff are polite and helpful. The territory is large and quite well maintained.
In total, there are too many joints for such a cost. And I also suggest that the owner undress visitors at the entrance to their underpants, and open a clothing store inside, where everyone can buy everything they need.
And stop bullying animals.

In an empty pool, a 2-year-old child is not allowed to swim in a circle, arguing that other swimmers may not have enough space. We were alone in the pool)
To say that wi-fi is bad is wrong, it's just... not there)) Ten calls to the reception are enough for an IT specialist to come, surprisingly stated that there really is no wi-fi and apologized for it.
On the day of departure, 2 hours before departure, the room card is simply blocked))
Was there anything good? - Yes, good rooms, delicious food at the Arowana restaurant. But it is no longer surprising when the waiter in the middle of dinner insistently asks to close the account and take it past the cash register.
We do not regret that we went, but we are very unlikely to come here again)

I contacted the booking department and received a very incompetent and rude response. According to them, I have to pay an additional 12,000 tenge for a child over 4 years old. I did not refuse to pay for breakfast in addition, but I can not figure out for what kind of accommodation I have to pay an additional 12,000, it turns out for air? In general, now my foot will never set foot on the territory of this incomprehensible recreation area and I do not recommend it to others.

2. Loyalty to guests is zero at every stage of the service
3. Food and drinks are not allowed and at the same time there is no choice in restaurants. Almost completely. The prices are crazy.
But everything we tried was delicious.
There is no comfort in the arowan restaurant, the chairs are terribly uncomfortable.
4. The only negative thing about the spa. There's nothing to eat there. Again, you can't take anything with you. But there is no snack there either.
But very tasty teas and smoothies.
