I ordered flowers for delivery for my mother as a gift, chose certain flowers from what I was given to choose from, and asked her to send me a photo of the bouquet as soon as it was collected As a result, the photo was never sent to me, the delivery was at 9 a.m., just as I needed it, BUT I chose crimson flowers, and they sent me a delicate pink one, the flowers were also crumpled, they were just lying in the trunk of the delivery driver, they simply did not think of putting them in the water.?! Unfortunately, I needed the flowers urgently and I didn't have time to give them back and wait for another delivery again, I had to pick them up, and the alstroemeria, which was supposed to stand for a week and a half, stood for exactly 2 days, then they turned into ugly things that were sad to look at. The receptionist, Diana, accused the florist girls of picking the bouquet at 21:00 and only then did they find out that they did not have raspberry alstroemeria, which they decided not to warn me about, as well as that the remaining pink ones were already wilted from the beginning, they also thought that it was not so important, so I was most disappointed with this store. I think it's better to overpay a couple of rubles in another store, but be sure of the quality of the flowers that will last the promised week and a half, rather than throwing away a dead ceres flower for two days (

I buy flowers here for all holidays and just for no reason! There is always a large selection of colors and cheap prices! Flowers stand for a very long time! The florist girls always help and quickly and beautifully collect bouquets!

A good chain of flower shops.Excellent flowers, the prices are the most affordable in the city.The florists are great, the receptionist is good.If you need to buy flowers, I always try to buy them at the discounter "March 8th".
