I don't know which disgruntled employee was in question, I always come across a very pleasant and sociable girl with curly hair, I can clarify something with her about the order and she will always tell me. I read all the reviews and understand that people give one star for the BREAKS that employees of the PVZ SHOULD have, I used to work in a similar place myself and I know what it feels like when people are unhappy that you corny need to fill your needs. and as for "indicating the time interval of the break" - this sign about the break is given out for a reason. if it is there, then the employee has the right to hang it as it is. be kinder and have at least a TOUCH of human empathy and don't be selfish, your order won't leave in 15 minutes and the world won't explode.
Yesterday I picked up the order, I went in -there was no one in the delivery room, but someone was rustling wrappers in the back room. He waited politely for about a minute, then asked if there was anyone to place an order. A voice from the back room replied that there was, but he would give out the order when he was free. to a reasonable question when this would happen, she recommended talking less, not taking her away from business and waiting. The service is 80 levla. I asked them to provide me with a complaint book for the time of my waiting, to which I also received a refusal and a recommendation to wait. we argued for 15 minutes. as a result, in return for his sediment from communicating with the star of the service sector, he left a review in the complaint book. by the way, I got it (the book) only on the 5th-6th attempt. a wonderful pick-up point and an incredible employee. to the owner of the point - recruit more such workers, the business will go uphill
for the first time I was here and the impression the employee left about himself was just terrible) I subscribe to every comment that this girl is as unfriendly as possible, and the service is as if we all owe her something. neither hello, nor goodbye, banal answers to questions. I say "I'm picking up the order", zero reaction, zero movements, and I was just sitting there with headphones and a phone. at other PVZ, the staff "yes, everything is fine" at least says when you pick up the order, making it clear that there are no problems, everything is paid there, etc. and then just take it and go already?
