I was charged 30,000 soums For applying for a visa card We didn't have time to open the card They said come tomorrow with the same receipt, the next day came They said this receipt is not valid The bank did not refund the money 😂😂😂 I didn 't get up to open the card 🙈 So I am absolutely delighted with the bank

The staff doesn't know their business! And violates the charter in many matters! I left a complaint to the support service, but almost a month has passed and there has been no response to the complaint!!!
