I ordered 4 cameras + Internet (they offered it themselves), we agreed to meet in 5 days (with an engineer).
The weekend passed, we agreed with the engineer, then, let's reschedule for a day, no problem, let's reschedule (the generator broke down) - no problem, then the engineer and the messenger who offered services disappeared. Things happen.
I don't understand how the company works yet.

We are very satisfied with the work of the company! We ordered a video surveillance system for a private house, and the result exceeded expectations. We installed everything quickly, efficiently, without unnecessary hassle. The cameras work without interruptions, the image is clear. I want to leave an honest review, but first I will describe how it was.
I had experience in purchasing and installing video surveillance. Not on a professional level, but help was usually not required. So one day my client asked for help with this issue many kilometers away from Minsk in the wilderness. We have agreed on the number of cameras and wishes. I read what is on the market now, looked at the characteristics that I needed and bought it.
After installation, starting the setup, I ran into a problem – motion detection. They didn't want to do this in any way. Although, as written, there was such support. And all this distance from the client weighed down. It was decided to leave it as it is, and next time come with new thoughts and strength, finish the question. Another problem was that the mobile network coverage was terrible, and even the remote connection to the client made it difficult to configure the equipment further.
And now this day has come, a client calls, says the dogs have chewed through the wires, now the cameras don't work at all. And I started preparing for the trip. A week before departure, at night I stumble across targeted advertising on instagram 7Video.by . Probably so much "Googling" information on this request was destined to receive such advertising. Since the advertisement was broadcast to me at night, I shamelessly write to Yandex. Direct, guys help. And I say right away, I didn't buy anything from you, just help.
And voila. They answer me in the morning and ask me to leave my number. The seller contacts me, listens to the situation, asks for the model of the equipment and says "we will call you back."
As a result, I am given to understand that the company's engineer will contact me and tell me how to solve this issue. And they call me back. They say that there is a way out, everything will work, and I, in turn, agree on what day I will be there.
On the appointed day, I contact an employee of the company, I say that I will re-wire the wires now and I am ready to act. But here begins "as always, a series of problems. It is impossible to reach the registrar, the master password does not fit, the web muzzle does not load in the browser due to outdated certificates, problems with subnets and "a hundred hundred" other problems. I will not go into these points further. For a moment, an employee of the company spends his time on the phone /remote on his day off. As a result, I am informed that he needs to leave within an hour, and just in case, he tells me what I need to do as soon as I get access to the registrar. During this hour (and it was already getting dark), I was raking out all these moments and doing what I was told, and hooray, "push" flew to the application in the phone that there is movement. After some time, after playing with the settings, we achieve the optimal result.
Why all this writing? And to the fact that if you do your job, you love this business, you understand it, well done. If not, it is worth putting it in the hands of specialists, because the money saved in the end was not worth all these trips, nerves and other things. And maybe it even cost more.
