A quiet, quite cozy place. In the cold it is warm, in the heat it is cool. The hotel is equipped with good air conditioning. It has no frills yet. It is suitable for temporary housing.

The problem is to find a free place to stay overnight. All over the city. Prices are unpleasantly heated. It is better to book a room in advance.
