There is a trampoline and a swing near the pool. Equipped barbecue area, music center with speakers. The water in the pool heats up by itself, there is a summer shower nearby. In the evening, the entire area and the pool itself are illuminated. The rooms are spacious, with the necessary furniture and appliances. Bathroom with shower. In the courtyard there is a kitchen with a dining room, where all the dishes and appliances that should be in the modern world are present😉 Sergey is a very interesting conversationalist, you can share a feast with him and talk and even play cards) We liked everything, we definitely recommend it! Oh, it's about a kilometer to the sea in a straight line to the wild beach, if you want civilization, then a little further to the left. There are small cafes nearby, their prices are not sky-high, but they are not cheap either. We went to the local market: almost all fruits are local. The prices are affordable, there are local souvenirs with the logos of Abkhazia.

We rested in the Apartment of 7 Palm Trees in 2023.We booked through booking (we left a great 10 points review there).We will come in 2024.Well-maintained territory-spacious, open gazebos, clean swimming pool, trampoline for children. There is a kitchen with all the utensils if you need to cook yourself.Wonderful host Sergey, hospitable, personally monitors everything, friendly (he told everything and showed how to get to the sea, to the shops, where it is better to eat.I arranged a gorgeous celebration for Navy Day with live music. We recommend everyone to stay at 7 Palm Apartments!

It's a great place. We went there twice. The owner solves all issues from taxis to excursions. I ordered it directly by calling him. On the second trip, he mistakenly calculated the amount more than necessary, but then recalculated it downwards, which indicates his decency. The place is not for noisy parties, but for a quiet rest, which personally suits us very well. The rooms have all the amenities. There is a swimming pool and a barbecue place. I recommend it to everyone.
