Disgusting company. We purchased a door from them with the installation and transfer of the door frame. The measurer arrived and agreed on everything, and a few weeks later they called us back and agreed on the installation date. The installers arrived, they talked to them again about the transfer, as a result, the door was not moved, which subsequently blocked the door to the neighbor. And in order for her to get home, I had to cut off part of the door for her.
They tried to resolve the issue peacefully , expecting a call from the director, but apparently the director is too busy a person to find time and at least call back and apologize for the work of his staff. At the moment, we are collecting the document, and we will go to court, as all the terms of the contract have been violated.

Good evening.On 25.02, according to the contract 29245 DM, pine doors were installed for me.The master arrived at 9:30 a.m. and showed me the canvases, there were no obvious defects, and he started working.In the evening , at 22 :30 , he finished and announced that everything was ready .Here it became obvious that the platbands were defective (chips, dents).To my remark, he replied that it was pine and it was soft, so buy a felt-tip pen (seriously?).Of course , by 23 o'clock in the morning , I did not find out if this was normal or not , I signed the act and went to bed .I've already found more defects this morning.I sent the photo to the managers, but got the same response.: this is a pine tree, such are its properties...You know, the doors may not be expensive for the company, but for me the cost is palpable.There is no joy from the purchase, there is only one disappointment. The coating isn't great either....Guys, a reputation is worth more than a couple of architraves and wax for furniture, that's for sure. I boasted to everyone that I ordered the doors from you, and now, apparently, I'll have to tell you where not to order. I ask that a specialist visit us and promptly fix the shortcomings of the work, preferably without a felt-tip pen :) and with new platbands. On the plus side: polite, friendly managers. That's all.

A balcony frame was ordered from this company. After installation, no defects were visually noticed. But after washing, they found many defects, in the form of scratches, potholes (depressions), the mosquito net is not dense, there are probably remnants of glue on the glass, which could not be removed independently. After what they saw, they called the company (at the moment there were 2 calls), I will say this at the other end, probably an employee of this company does not know such a thing as "customer orientation", it seemed that the employee did not seek to resolve our issue. And only today, on the 7th day after the second call, the master for the elimination of apparently jambs called, said he was sick and would only be able to next week.
Will I recommend this company, no!
I think so, if the customer has any complaints, then they need to be resolved quickly! So that there is no conflict, harassment and negative aspects from working with this company.
