We had a vacation with my daughter in July. A quiet place with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Large heated swimming pool. Excellent room facilities and a great a la carte restaurant. The staff takes into account all wishes. I can't even believe that I'm writing this about Abkhazia, but - IMPECCABLE SERVICE))

Unfortunately, it is not hospitable in Abkhazian ((( service and customer orientation are practically absent. Definitely not recommended. I love Abkhazia, but such places are repulsive.

Little Europe in the center of Abkhazia!!! I advise everyone who will be around or gather. To the sea, we need to go. But once here, you don't need the sea!!!

How we miss this place and the people we met there!Guys, we want to get back to you! It's only been 5 days since we returned, and my daughter asks when else we'll go. An amazing place made with love ! Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, wonderful family room, warm pool, magnificent nature; well, what else do you need for happiness? Thanks a lot to the super administrators Ole and Lena, our attentive waiters Ilya and Ksusha, our chefs and especially Dima, and in general to everyone who surrounded us there with attention. Recently, I had a free week and since it is not possible to get to Crimea or it is very difficult to get there, I chose Abkhazia. Friends built a hotel in Gagra. I decided to ask for it before the official opening. The impressions, I must admit, are beyond all expectations. The views are like in Ceylon. There are huge trees around. The hotel is not on a hill - the views are fascinating. In the morning, the birds are singing so much that I rushed to take notes with a dictaphone. I sent it to my friends in Moscow. The hotel itself is brand new. The pool is luxurious. The design of the rooms is pretty. The chairs and the views on the balcony are just amazing! The restaurant is cozy and stylish. The road to the sea is not tedious. 30 minutes along the scenic trail. Of course, it's better to go back by car. The hosts provide a shuttle service. But I used a taxi (150 rubles). The beach is deserted. Pebbly. Very pleasant. The water is the purest. So the advantages of the Hotel "7 cypresses" can be said - the location: silence, but also easy accessibility from the highway, its own luxurious pool where you can have parties, a lot of lounge areas. Minor disadvantages: the bathhouse is not working yet, the boy. The plants are not very tall yet. Oh, I don't even know what else… Well, yes, a transfer to the sea is needed! The rest is a fairy tale! It's even very good that it's not on a noisy and sultry embankment. There is silence, security and coolness here. I wonder how it will be in the fall. I'm going to visit.

A wonderful European-class hotel! Thoughtful design, pleasant recreation areas, high cuisine. Wonderful delicious breakfasts. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool. We liked the location of the hotel in the mountains, away from the bustling city. A light breeze, unlike the coastal strip, disperses the stuffiness. A comfortable minibus takes you to the sea for free at any time in 10 minutes.
We went a couple of times and decided that the hotel was better.

My wife and I have been to this hotel for 3 times and in the hope that we will also get a great vacation, as well as the first times...but alas, this is not the case. In short (although it probably won't work out.) and the first impression upon check-in is a leaky bathrobe in the room, the absence of 2 pairs of slippers, they immediately asked and changed without any problems...although, of course, with a non-cheap daily cost (14950 rubles per day.), it's awesome! The ONLY BIG DISADVANTAGE of this hotel is the reception staff and the kitchen, specifically what we had:
1. Reception - they have a tradition of treating guests with a glass of champagne when checking in, my wife and I do not drink alcohol in any form and I think this is normal! Irina accepted the refusal, but it was evident from her face, not content and when it was as if we were rude to her. When we were evicted, they wanted us, but the same Irina was to slip a check from the restaurant with my fake signature, (then you will find out why), are you serious??? your hotel, some cheap hotel “eatery” to make such manipulations ..., so I didn't ask how your vacation went, I didn't take you to the shuttle (taxi) oh you...It was very unpleasant....
2. Kitchen (Restaurant)-yes, there are few dishes on the menu and I consider it a plus, few, but everything should be fresh and beautiful., but in fact this is not the case and not always. How was it with us:
Breakfasts are varied and with our keto diet we found what to choose and it pleases, but coffee, not a word at all, they use drip and the cheapest for breakfast...we ordered separately for money, but better, but it costs somewhere in the region of 350-400 rubles., the price of such coffee is 150 rubles. no more, especially since they use the cheapest Jockey grains, you can read reviews about them. Just why save on it, I just don't understand....
Once they brought us a carafe of water, and it was dirty, there were flakes floating there...replaced of course...therefore, when drinking from a desktop water cooler, look at the condition of the bottles. Now, I understood why I got sick with rotavirus in the first visit to them., Abkhazia damn ...
About vegetables, salads-yes, something fresh, something not, salads are poorly washed and it is visible, there is no photo, to be honest, we came there to rest, and not to photograph the negative....
Ordered a salad the usual cucumbers were not fresh and there was an obvious unpleasant taste, the waitress was told, she promised to hand over the kitchen, but in the morning there were the same cucumbers for breakfast! ((
We took trout fish from them, it was excellent, the waiter offered us to take another fish cooked in salt, the so-called, we waited for it for about an hour, although they promised for 25 minutes. I didn't want to swear, but I didn't really want to eat what was brought ..., the feed was wrong, the fish was not fresh, there was no part of the carcass, the head was torn, it was all in salt and of course very salty. Dear chef Vasily, teach your people how to cook and serve it properly! in general, for such shoals.
First of all, I write more, this review is for people of our type of thinking, the requirement of the level of comfort and lifestyle who want to visit this hotel, now we are not talking about the nature of Abkhazia, this is generally a separate topic and hotels have nothing to do with it, of course I really wanted the owners Anna and Yuri to hear my review, but not I know if they read reviews against the background of a large number of positive reviews.

The month of August. Anapa is overloaded, Sochi is fed up, Crimea is inaccessible. They chose it long and thoughtfully. When they took the direction to Abkhazia, I remembered the film "Ivan Vasilyevich changes his profession." As a result, Gagra, here we are. We didn't know what to expect, as it was the first time in Abkhazia.
The hotel turned out to be not on the first or second line, but as a result, we realized that this is a plus: There is no fuss, drunken vacationers, noise and hubbub, and if you want to break off somewhere, they will help, tell you, organize or take you themselves. There are trees, gardens, and someone's plots all around. It was here that I first saw the green pomegranate and how it grows.
The hotel itself was amazing from the very first minutes. Modern, solid, pleasant-looking interior. No frills, but very, I don't know, "status" or something.
The responsive staff, from the cleaning lady, the restaurant managers (their language does not turn to call them waiters), and, probably, the owner or manager - all kind, responsive, very polite. We are ready to discuss, suggest interesting things, and how to get there.
The family atmosphere and attitude are careful and sympathetic, in this hotel, the atmosphere created in it protects from all worries and worries, will support you in your vacation.
We can say for sure that we have added one favorite place on the map of the coast of the South seas, where we will be happy to return in the future.
