Objectively, the best hotel in Abkhazia. The staff of the hotel is not the staff, but the real hospitable hosts of the house! They took care of us like family)), they never forgot to bring and warm up breakfast when we woke it up every time. We got all the information about the local attractions and cuisine. I would also like to note the excellent secluded location of the hotel.
Well, an open-air cinema is a separate love! Definitely, we will return only here!

In June 2023, we visited the hotel,, 7 cypresses,,. A wonderful hotel, a well-chosen team of professionals, impeccable service. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. A wonderful restaurant with a varied menu. For the guests of the hotel, there was a tasting of local dishes and wine, a master class from the chef. An open-air night cinema. A hall with lots of board games. Infinity pool with gorgeous views of the city and the sea. This is the best hotel in Abkhazia. We will definitely come back.

My beloved and I were in Abkhazia for the first time and chose this wonderful hotel! I liked absolutely everything, the location, the service and the atmosphere! And most of all, the cute cats who always came to our room for the night 🥰😍
The room was on the ground floor, with access to the pool, the breakfasts were delicious, in the evening they always showed movies in the open air! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a vacation with a friend in June 2023.
Overall, it's not bad, but like everywhere else, there are pros and cons.

We had a rest in July 2023. Amazing hotel, we will definitely come back again. The sweet and friendly Alyona settled us in, gave us a short tour of the hotel, as if we were in a fairy tale: a magic tree, an infinity pool and fantastic sunsets. The territory and rooms are thought out to the smallest detail. From the balcony of the room, from the terrace of the restaurant, from the pool you always see the endless sea. A comfortable transfer takes you to the sea six times a day. Special thanks to the transfer drivers Edward and Hazarat for the exciting excursions during trips to the sea. I really liked Anna and Yuri's fascinating story about the traditions and peculiarities of Abkhazian cuisine during the gastronomy. Thanks to Vakhtang for an unforgettable excursion to New Athos. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is saturated with love and kindness!

This year, the choice of a place "where to relax by the sea" fell on Abkhazia. Having searched the length and breadth of the Internet in search of a hotel – small and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city - we came across the website of the boutique hotel "7 Cypresses". According to the description and the photo, it was exactly what we wanted....
And here he is on a long-awaited vacation... airport, plane, transfer and finally we are at the hotel… From the first minute of our stay, we were surrounded with attention and care by the owners of this house, namely at home, not at the hotel, Anna and Yuri. Welcome glasses of Brut champagne and a detailed tour of the hotel. It has everything you need for a good rest: comfortable rooms with sea views (the room has everything you need – a set of towels, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, a kettle, a refrigerator with a welcome bottle of champagne, beach towels packed in a bag with the hotel logo), a cozy living room (lobby) with a huge fireplace (there are books, board games, blankets), a restaurant (a chic breakfast in the morning, iced tea with sweets is served at 17 o'clock, lunches and dinners are optional, the kitchen is excellent), a terrace, an infinity pool (the edge of the pool is overflow, the views are stunning), a transfer to the beach (a comfortable car several times a day), a summer cinema (great movies, everyone watched), a beautiful and well-groomed territory of the hotel. Everything is elegant and tasteful…

My husband and I have already visited this hotel twice and we will be happy to come again.
The hotel has spacious rooms, good mattresses and pillows, beautiful balconies with sea views, where you can hang out for a long time, contemplating the world, a restaurant with delicious breakfasts and of course a wonderful panoramic pool, where it is so nice to refresh yourself or sunbathe with a book.
All the staff is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation envelops, and you don't even want to go anywhere outside the hotel.

The case when everything in the hotel is perfect, which is very rare in general and especially in Abkhazia, a country very far from ideal;)
We are pleased with the unique location with excellent views, the infinity pool, the well-thought-out design of the hotel and the surrounding area, the restaurant menu and a selection of local wines, which are seriously different from what is offered to you at tastings in the Abkhazian "chateaux".

The 7 Cypress Hotel, we can say it is a combination of the beautiful nature of Abkhazia and the newest European-level hotel! Great location! Stunning views (rate on my photos)! The cleanest pool that merges with the sea at the edge of the horizon! Insanely delicious breakfasts, as well as an amazing serving of dishes from a local chef! I recommend trying different dishes, you will be pleasantly surprised! It is especially pleasant that during our stay there were the owners of the hotel, who make you feel at home, very friendly and friendly people. They handle some of the business at the hotel themselves, and are ready to help you at any moment! We have launched a summer cinema here! Watching movies to the sound of cicadas and under a bright moon is a special kind of pleasure!
With this level of service and general impressions, the price of accommodation seems even very humane, and there is a smouldering hope that they will be able to keep it somehow within these limits!

7 Cypress Trees rested at the hotel from June 4 to June 8, 2023 with their extended company of 7 people. On behalf of all of us, we express our gratitude for a great meeting, attention to our rest! Thank you for a comfortable stay. Evenings by the fireplace are wonderful, it feels like you are in your cozy home. We celebrate the traditional cuisine in the river, both at breakfasts and at dinners. Everything is concise, unusual and very interesting. And the place of the summer kitchen provides a secluded evening. A beautiful swimming pool, with a fantastic view of the sea and sunsets. We would like to express our deep gratitude to the reception staff - Elena for her attention to us!! Special respect to the hotel manager, Oleg, for his professionalism in his work! The rooms are cozy, clean, have everything you need. There were no problems with water in the shower when we were there. The noise from the neighboring rooms was not heard. Drinking water was taken in a cooler.

For us, it was, of course, the screeching of children in the pool from morning to evening, really almost without a break. It's good that only in the last few days, if it turned out to be at the beginning of the race, then all the advantages would be crossed out. And considering that they were friends / relatives of the owners, the screams were even after the time when it is forbidden to visit the pool.
Yes, for someone it's cool to relax with children, and everything is provided for this in this hotel, but for someone it's not a vacation anymore.
The minus, for me personally, is smoking in the restaurant area. It is unpleasant to have breakfast and breathe 🤷🏼♀️
It is also not clear why the gardener needs to mow with a gas mower with exhaust during breakfast.
Coffee for breakfast - coffee water is a fact. It is very different from the coffee from the bar menu. But on the other hand, tea is given a whole teapot. This is a plus.

There was not enough dough for breakfast - a pie / sandwich / croissant.
A little strained pack of dogs at the entrance, in the evenings they had a showdown. And if they go out for a walk, they run and jump, try to play, scratch, and if I, as the owner of the dog, am ready for this, then mom was scared and dirty. And there is no way to get around them.
I don't think this is a bad review. There were still more advantages. It's just that I wanted peace and quiet in the mountains from such a hotel.

An insanely cozy hotel and an amazing location! It fascinates at first sight not only with comfortable rooms, lobbies and delicious food, but also with a safe area where it is not scary to let a child go and spectacular views of the forest and the sea. In short, an ideal place to relax. If you want to forget about everything and not worry about your comfort and safety, "7 cypresses" is exactly your choice! I was pleasantly pleased with the homely atmosphere and sociability of the staff, in fact, you feel at home. A separate plus is the stunning swimming pool, which offers views of the surrounding area, and nearby there are comfortable sun beds and armchairs on which it is so wonderful to enjoy nature, the shade from umbrellas and creations from a nearby bar. I really liked this hotel! We were a small company. It seems that everyone is happy to see you and you feel at home. We were greeted with sparkling wine) but that's not why we fell in love with this place). Everything is amazingly thought out here - down to the smallest detail, everything in the room is new, clean, good-quality; the staff is friendly and welcoming. We were in October, we were cozy and warm.
The heated pool (+26) is a separate plus, swimming with a sea view!.. And the sunsets?! You can admire endlessly without going to the city on the embankment.
The hotel stands on a mountain. To get to the beach - transfer at the hotel.
The restaurant at the hotel is a separate love. The cook is probably a wizard, but he hides it. Such breakfasts and dinners.. mmm!
The territory is small, but very well maintained and green.
The hosts are surprisingly pleasant and welcoming, we remember, tell and recommend your "cypresses" to friends!

The hotel is simply bombastic, and a lot of the credit for this is the staff. Alyona settled us in with champagne and fun, and Evgenia and Ilya made our every visit to the restaurant incredibly comfortable. The service is beyond praise! The owners are very nice kind and helpful people, and the hotel itself, although it has a small territory, is very conveniently arranged, there is a summer cinema, a cool pool with comfortable sun beds, its own sauna and a transfer to the sea with very interesting drivers - hello Evard and thanks for the excursions during trips to the sea and back. Another plus is that the rooms all have an incredible view of the sea, there is generally everything (bathrobes, hygiene kits, etc.). The 7 Cypress Hotel stands out from the total mass of service in Abkhazia.

The hotel is new, opened in August 2022. The rooms are all fresh, the beds are comfortable, all rooms overlook the sea, the pool and the wonderful sunset.
The hotel has a special feature - the distance from the city and the beach. But this is a big plus for connoisseurs of peace and quiet. You can get to the city and the sea using the hotel's free shuttle service, which runs 6 times a day, in addition to this there is a wonderful 1 km long forest trail that leads to the city of Gagra.
The hotel administration compensates for the remoteness of the hotel from the city by organizing themed dinners, watching movies in the street cinema. There is a cozy room with books, board games and a romantic atmosphere.

We rested in this place for 2 days, and it's good that no more, there's nothing to do there. There are dense thickets behind the fence. The breakfasts are not very... porridge and eggs, not a buffet. 1 drink to choose from, I drank coffee, they won't pour the juice anymore... the restaurant is very expensive and not tasty! The staff is not friendly. The only girl Ekaterina at the reception is very polite and helpful.

We had a rest at the end of January 2023. I never thought that you could have such a good time on the winter seaside. A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday. And a sunny Environment, conducive to walking and traveling.
Cozy rooms with modern renovation. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests. My main advantages are: a lamp by the bed and a switch, a tank with a beautiful view of the forest, the sea and the city of Gagra, a kettle and a refrigerator — we really like to have a snack on the balcony. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, where you can swim even in winter, because the water is heated. And it's great to cheer up after a walk. The restaurant is not just delicious, but the prices are adequate. The cook is just a master of beautiful serving.
The staff is kind and helpful. It is pleasant to communicate, they will help you with tips on where to go for a walk or a trip. You can also book a car tour at the hotel.
There is a free shuttle service to the beach, market or old Gagra, 6 times a day. But every day we went down to the city on foot along a picturesque path. We decided to walk a lot with our daughter so that we could eat delicious food)

I was vacationing for a week and a half at the 7 Cypress Hotel, and I fell madly in love with this place.
I'll start with the stunning views, and absolute privacy with nature, around the mountain, there is no urban bustle, cars and strangers. It's just an amazing location.
A new hotel, with excellent repair, with comfortable rooms where it is very cozy and stylish.
This is not some typical hotel "like everywhere else", but a completely different atmosphere, reminiscent of a Tuscan villa.
A large heated outdoor pool with the sea on the horizon, offering stunning views.
The hotel has a private shuttle service that will take you wherever you need to go.
And it is not unimportant, wifi with excellent speed!
Many thanks to the staff, very polite and attentive.
Amazing chefs, very tasty and varied dishes. The bartender prepares amazing cocktails, which it is impossible not to fall in love with. Absolutely for every taste, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. All my requests were satisfied and even more, they were able to surprise me.
And most importantly, these are Yuri and Anna, the owners of this boutique hotel, who turned out to be very hospitable.

2. Rooms. Not big, but not cramped. The room has absolutely everything! Comfortable bed, towels, slippers, bathrobes, shower cabin.. Fan. Shower sets. Even beach towels. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean and crisp. Large balcony-terrace.
3. Sauna. Sooooo clean, big, comfortable. Slippers, towels. You can take tea and jam. There is a cooler.
4. The view pool. It's just a delight. Small, heated.
5. The restaurant. Special thanks to the chief. Breakfast is a waste of time. A lot, tasty, varied, abundant. Cheesecakes and porridges are a separate story. And a glass of champagne as a compliment))))
Supper. We took trout and mullet. Grilled vegetables. Great!
But the ordered cheese plate to take away touched us to the very heart. They came to the room and asked for champagne glasses, opened the container with cheese and were stunned. The cheese was decorated with tiny flowers and berries, petals. Such a small thing, but such a sweetness. Chef, you are in our heart ❤️

A wonderful hotel where you feel at home, thanks to the friendly staff, cozy rooms. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. A welcome letter from the owners of the hotel was waiting for us in the room, and a bottle of chilled champagne was waiting in the refrigerator. The room is small, but very cozy. The panoramic window where we met the sunset with a glass of sparkling wine. The cuisine is beyond praise, the original design of the dishes. After dinner at the hotel, I just didn't want to eat in other places. Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation. This is a place where you want to come back.

super hotel, the hosts and staff are very nice and helpful, friendly. A hotel for aesthetes, really a corner of Tuscany. to the beach by taxi, transfer or on foot (but to the outskirts, the dolphinarium area). The rooms are cool, new, and the sunset view is beautiful. Restaurant: I didn't even want to eat anywhere else, it was so delicious. You want to return to this place at any time of the year. for info: It is difficult to call a taxi in the morning, book transfers in advance.

The hotel has exceeded all expectations! Everything matches the description, and this is very rare! New, beautiful and clean! Excellent views of the city and the sea, wonderful breakfasts (the opportunity to choose an individual dish) and dinners, excellent service at the reception, in the restaurant, the quality of room cleaning. There is something to do with a child - a heated swimming pool, a set of games in the common area. I will be happy to return!

Excellent service and reception. They take you to the sea or to the market by car. Extremely clean air, heated swimming pool, elegant food service, excellent breakfasts, tasting of local products. Upon arrival, a bottle of local sparkling drink in an ice bucket awaits in the room, and in addition to standard drinks, a cold glass of sparkling wine is served for breakfast. In good weather, film screenings are organized in the evenings.

We rested at the hotel for only 4 days, and I didn't want to leave it.. We fully enjoyed the atomosphere of solitude, tranquility, and comfort.
The interiors are a delight for the eyes, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, aesthetic rooms,stained glass windows reflecting the sunset, a piano in the living room, a fireplace.. you can list them endlessly.
There are mountains and forests around, sea views from each room.
The kitchen is wonderful, the staff is good-natured and helpful.
The owners Anna and Yuri are very friendly, always there, treat each guest warmly.
It's better to see it once!

The hotel is not bad for Abkhazia. But in general, he does not reach the level he positions himself to be. Of the advantages, of course, the staff, everyone is very friendly, the hotel is new, there is no wear and tear, clean. But....how can we talk about some kind of isolation, if there is a highway on one side of the hotel, and railway tracks on the other. You can hear every car and train. There is no idea to talk about noise insulation in the hotel, it is clear that there is none at all. The water in the shower is either ice cold or boiling water and there is such a change every second. Cleaning - towels are not changed, they are just dirty picked up from the floor and hung to dry on the balcony. The breakfasts are very tasty and fresh, but there is no variety at all. At least there was some yogurt or a piece of cheese. Of course, there must be fruits. What was also very surprising was that the water in the room is only at check-in. I was sure that they would put a bottle of water (its cost is 20 rubles, and the rating would have added significantly), but alas. And the most interesting thing is that there was no water for money in the restaurant either, it ran out. I had to call a taxi at night and go to the city to get water. If these shortcomings were eliminated, it would definitely be 5 stars.
