We decided to celebrate the New Year 2023 in a special way and ordered a tour to St. Petersburg. 29.12.2022-02.01.2023
We made an advance payment and the tour program was reset for us (all 3 days were fully planned).
The first day everything seemed to be according to the program, but by the evening we find out that the trip to Tsarskoye Selo on the 31st will be canceled (no one fully explained the reason), then we find out that on the 1st the trip to Santa Claus will also be canceled, since such a trip has not existed for 4 years (the accompanying person said). Why then it is listed in the tour program is not clear.
When people started to get indignant, the escort said that she was taking people from her tour operator, but did not know anything about the program of others (there were at least 6 tour operators on the bus).
31 in the morning on Viber in a conversation they wrote places that can be visited (everyone had a free day), then on New Year's Eve you could go to a banquet at the hotel, but the hotel reported that the places were booked 3 months ago! As a result, there was a choice to celebrate in a hotel room or on the street!
On January 1, in the morning, there was an eviction at 11 o'clock and we walked (free time) until 18:00!!!
All tourists and even bus drivers complained about the organization (they themselves did not know where to go and when).
The New Year was ruined!!! The impression is just terrible!!
Upon arrival in Minsk, I wrote in Viber to your specialist with whom I communicated, she said that they would sort it out, it was January 3, at the moment my message was ignored!
The most interesting thing is that the contract for the provision of services was sent to me by mail in the word and I did not even sign it.

I am currently vacationing in Montenegro. We flew by the first plane on 07/10/2020, after quarantine. And I couldn't resist writing the girls a review! Girls, thank you very much for the selected tour!! The Villa Harmonia Hotel is just a fairy tale for lovers of a good holiday! The breakfasts are gorgeous, the sea is just the cleanest, and the service is at the highest level! I recommend it to everyone. And thank you girls once again for the quick reaction to the selection of the tour, and of course for your reverent attitude towards tourists!! See you again in September))))
