I signed up my child for a haircut today for tomorrow, personally came to the hairdresser, showed the time that was left (there was one at 16.00), and we signed up. The next day, we arrived early by 15 minutes, and waited. Our time has come, we go in and then another mother with a child appears and says that she also has an appointment for 16.00. I asked to see my record, to which they told me that there must have been some kind of overlap, I don't know anything. Although the same parikhmacher recorded us. I was outraged, as such, to which I was told, well, wait another 20 minutes, I'll cut your hair now and take you in. This is generally rude!!!! My child and I came in advance, and the hairdresser saw it, and she also offered to wait. Don't go there anymore if there's even no order in the record.

A good hairdresser, the child is always happy to go. The only thing that surprises is that they charge 40 rubles to trim the tips and bangs, and a model haircut in the price list costs 31 rubles.
