I thought that there might be a large number of messages and they respond to everything in the order of the queue, but probably NOT! I decided to try my theory and wrote at 00:00, the result was that the attempt was unsuccessful. My message was read at 12-13 p.m. and there was no response to it. The dispatcher was online a couple more times that day and did not give me any answer. Today I wanted to book a trip from my hometown to Grodno, I wrote to them at 9 a.m., foolishly believing that the last time I went unanswered by accident. As a result, I check the messages in the evening, there is no response))) The message has been read))) Look, this is just a mess. I understand that there may be no places, but you can't leave a person unanswered, well, write to him about it, and don't ignore his messages. Moreover, there were no such situations before, I traveled with you many times in comfort. Change the dispatcher, you lose customers like that)
I was driving from the sanatorium, there was nothing to get to Minsk with.The operators immediately offered the nearest time, which suited me.I got to Minsk by a big bus.Very comfortable driving, the cabin is clean, there is even water and disposable cups!The driver is a very nice young man.Now I will only travel with this carrier!
