I am very disappointed in this clinic. My pet was neutered at this institution, and unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected.
I applied to this clinic for bloodless castration of my pet, but faced a number of serious problems. Despite the fact that the procedure was supposed to be painless and not cause complications, my dog started bleeding heavily and bled for three hours. The clinic staff did not take proper measures to stop the bleeding, and the situation remained without proper control.
After the operation, the pet had to undergo treatment for two months, including injections and ivs. As a result, the dog developed lichen and an abscess.
I am concerned that the doctors did not give clear explanations to all my questions and concerns, and they did not warn me in advance about the possible risks of the operation. This makes me feel uneasy and dissatisfied with the quality of service.
I do not recommend contacting this clinic for such procedures, as I am not sure of their professionalism and responsible approach to animal health.
now we have problems with recovery. I'm worried about my pet's health. Sveta doesn't know how to operate. I don't understand how such people are allowed to work at all.
In addition, I noticed that all my questions were answered reluctantly, and I was not given a complete understanding of what was happening to my pet. It seems to me that money was more important to them than the health of animals.
Sveta, thank you very much
It was not only financial, but also moral damage to us and the pet's health.
God is your judge 🙏🏽
The service is absolutely at zero. I think people who love our younger brothers should work in veterinary clinics and should work on their qualifications. The doctor's level of knowledge and humanity leaves much to be desired. The most important thing is that the administration and the doctor should work in concert, and not in the way each side wants. I will never bring my pet to this clinic. Once is enough. It's a pity the time spent on them.
I arrived with a sick cat (vomiting, diarrhea and swollen gums) and a child overweight, so I was refused admission. They even refused to examine the cat! The argument is amazing: "I don't work with rabies and I don't even know what complications occur after vaccines." A couple of days before arrival, the cat was revaccinated with nobivac for the 4th time (after which there were never any complications). She asked to see at least her jaw, but was also refused! What kind of a nedo "veterinarian" is this? It's like I would come to a therapist who would say that he does not work with fever. P.S. Warning the protective review of this clinic, the animal's diseases were in no way related to the vaccine.
