At first I thought that because of the weekday there are no visitors, but it turned out that there is an average service here, the cashiers do not know what they have and what they do not have. 2 minutes to check if they have ingredients for a drink that they consider seasonal and stands on a huge banner!!! They have a big dessert in the form of avocado on Instagram, but my girlfriend and I were disappointed when we found out at the checkout that this ice cream weighs 1 kg and they make it only to order for 3 days for at least 30 thousand tenge! Accordingly, the mood was spoiled, we were also offered to order small pies that are the same as a large one, only the usual portion as a result, we took coconut and banana pie, as well as ice latte and 2 lemonades. So if the coconut was delicious, then it was not possible to eat a banana dry and not tasty to taste like something powdered. as for the latte, well, it's ordinary like in other coffeehouses, so I don't see any point in overpaying. the only thing I liked there why not one star is lemonade with grapefruit, I liked it

I used to like the place, but in the last few months I've taken coffee there 4-5 times. Then you ask Americano not to make it bitter or burn your mouth, but they do the opposite. There are always some ingredients missing. Sometimes there is no coconut milk, sometimes there is no ice cream for a cocktail. Yesterday, they poured a little more than half of the coffee and the taste was terrible. In short, you need to change the administrator there before he loses all the clients. I personally will not go there personally.

Honestly, the office is cool for me, there are few people and the tea is delicious. A big problem with the toilet, go through the code, there was no toilet paper, the trash can lid is broken. The table is also wiped with a dirty cloth with a smell.
