09/22/2024. we ordered a group transfer from Antalya airport to Alanya, everything went great, we didn't have to wait long, we went to the counter and 3 minutes later we went to the car. The car is fresh, the inside is clean. We drove through the terminals, picked up other passengers, and as a result, the cabin was completely filled with luggage in the aisle, which did not bother me at all. We drove for 1.5 hours, which we were very pleased with. Well, I think I'll order them on the way back. Here the pleasant ends. 10/22/24 the car arrives at 7:30, our composition and the amount of luggage does not change, the driver began to behave inappropriately, shouting that we would not be lucky because of the stroller (the stroller is small for the cabin). He demanded an additional payment of 500 lire for it, otherwise he allegedly was not going to risk if the police stopped us.
In the memo that they send when booking, it is written: "*Information. During the trip, you are entitled to 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on baggage per person in our shuttles in accordance with the standard of flight conditions*." In flight standards, a stroller is not luggage at all!!!!
There was a Russian-speaking girl with him who couldn't decide anything, but just shrugged her shoulders and put the responsibility on the driver. And they literally left us in the middle of the street with our belongings and small children. We have experienced the wildest stress! We barely found another car and arrived right next to the departure.
I advise you to look for another transfer, this one is very unreliable. There is no guarantee that you will get to an adequate driver. Think for yourself!
For the first time we used this service, after reading various reviews, we decided to try to get from Gazipasa airport to the hotel.
A representative with a 724transfer sign met us at the airport, found us on the list and indicated which minibus was waiting. When the last passenger got into the minibus, we drove right away. It took a long time to deliver, but it no longer depended on us. As a result, we reached our hotel and had to pay 450TL for two, but we only had 500TL. The driver, without saying anything or reminding him, quickly found the 50TL change and drove on. We were shocked after reading the negative reviews before. Well done!!!
Therefore, during the rest we decided to use the return transfer to the Gazipasa aeroprot. We made an order via WhatsApp. At the appointed hour, the bus arrived at the hotel to pick us up, the driver went into the hotel and helped us with our suitcases. Then we stopped by for other passengers and there were no problems.
In general, the experience was successful and only positive emotions.

An unpleasant situation happened to me. They called me in advance when I was already there and asked where I was. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the name of the mosque in English, so the next thing I said was that I was next to the tourist information center at the designated location that we had agreed on on WhatsApp.
I was waiting, they called me, I saw the driver and sent him a text, he drove past me, and we continued to correspond with the manager inside WhatsApp.
He said that they did not find me at the place, so the driver drove on, and you need to go to the place, which he understood, as he thought that I was next to the cable car.
But I was on the spot, not next to the cable car. Then they said that the driver had already left the cable car, and in 10 minutes they were waiting for me. After they stopped waiting for me on the cable car, they told me to go to the lunno park. But I didn't have any money with me, of course, cash, I needed to withdraw the money in cash in order to pay the taxi driver. It took about 5-7 minutes for me to arrive and get there, and they left.
Everything is accompanied by constant oppression and reproaches for being late, it's your fault, the other passengers won't wait, but the thing is, there's no waiting, they weren't expecting me at one point, or at another point, or at a third, they just turned around and drove off.
It's good that, of course, the next transfer was scheduled, which is in an hour. But I don't know if I'll make it to the plane. That's how you use a similar transfer. I think you'll recommend it to someone, and I won't recommend it either.
