They work slowly. I ordered the registration of bank cards from them, they promised to call back in a week when the cards were ready. They didn't call back, then I went myself a week later and was told that it wasn't ready yet, and that I had to wait for a call. I had to wait another month before I decided to go to them again myself, for the cards.
