It is simply impossible to withdraw money from BNB Bank ATMs in Minsk at 8 am.. There are 10 ATMs per city, of which 3 work. Well, this is not serious for such an organization..

I've been there more than once...and unfortunately, the opinion was very clear... Everything is very slow! Especially when it comes to a plastic card. Even if there is no queue and one person is served by the operator, you have to sit for at least 30 minutes, even if it is a weekday afternoon, and it is easier not to talk about the evening at all. On the plus side: the staff is very friendly and there is always a large selection of foreign currencies in sufficient quantity.
