My daughter was taken to physiotherapy and barely developed an elbow. It's good that my husband is a massage therapist, and in the clinic they did 10 massage procedures, they did not see the result, just stroked the masseuse's hand.

There was a good impression in the waiting room. Yes, it was an old hospital that had not seen normal repairs, but it seemed at first that the staff was not bad. They were placed in a double box. The word "quarantine" is not known here. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the cough in the next box. During the day of lying down, no one washed the floor. Все внешне выглядит прилично. Внутри все на троечку. Моя племянница с сыном 1 год и 8 месяцев были госпитализированы в детское ортопедическое отделении с переломом бедренной кости. Во время моих визитов в данное учреждение сложилось впечатление, что у медперсонала и пациентов нет единой цели. Ощущение, что каждый живет своею жизнью. Лечащий врач, по моей убедительной просьбе, пытался покатать как нужно менять положение подвешенной части ноги ребенка, в случае если он повернется в ту или иную сторону. Т. К. Лежать на спинке три недели и днем и ночью не представлялось возможным. Показывая мне, причинил ребенку боль, т к сам точно не знал, но почему-то постоянно ругал племянницу, что она неверно делает это действие. Она подходила к медицинским сестрам с просьбой показать как правильно, но они ей отвечали, что сами не знают. Кроме этого само отделение с темными коридорами, заставленное каталками, также произвело удручающее впечатление.

Были в трансйузиологическмо корпусе, на 2-ом этаже для беременных женщин. Очень приятно удивила обстановка. Очень душевный персонал, электронная очередь, тихо и спокойно, главное, чисто. Приняли оперативно и аккуратно. Большое спасибо за качественный сервис.

Электронная очередь присутствует, обслуживают посетителей быстро. Но есть одно но: регистратор в окошечке может отправить, по мере своего разумения проблемы, не к нужному специалисту. Пример приведу: надо удалить папиллому. Сразу на удаление не отправят, а дадут талончик через пару дней на консультацию, чтоб доктор сделал сперва своё мнение изнутри. Это правильно, это хорошо. Одно но: доктор, под дверью у которого ты просидел, оказывается ни разу не оперирующий вегеролог. Но хоть сразу пишет справку, чтоб на кассе вернули деньги за консультацию, которая не требуется. Предлагаю руководству почаще проводить с регистраторами обучающие семинары по профилю клиники и специализациям врачей. Спасибо, что дочитали.
