Я в шоке ! Думала показалось , а нет …. Почитала отзывы …. Раза 4 была в офисе , что было и как сейчас …небо и земля … ноль клиентоориентированность , написала письмо , ответили так , что не хочется приезжать . Но вынуждена так как завещание было оформлено у этого нотариуса … За свои же деньги , делают тебе одолжение . Сидят сериальчики смотрят

Все быстро и профессионально, но реально не вежливо и не клиентоориентировано. Как будто я что то должен персоналу.

По телефону отвечает очень не вежливая женщина. Как-будто не она мне услугу оказывает, а я ей. Послала меня сюда чтобы я отправил материалы на почту, а здесь почты нет. Владельцу советую сменить менеджера, который осблуживает клиентов.
