Why? Is it really impossible to implement non-cash transactions?
It's just awful!!! that when exchanging dollars for amounts, I had to spend my precious time of 1 hour and 50 minutes standing in a common queue where payments are paid, transfers are received, and it's all in one queue. And why should I show the whole queue a stack of bills, how much money I exchanged? in Russia, this is a separate cabin, where only the cashier and the customer, for security reasons!!!!! As a result, it took me 3 minutes!!!!! on the currency exchange process itself. "BANK MANAGEMENT" of the bank are you seriously building a business ?????? Was all the negativity worth three minutes of operator work?????
