The dot itself is not super bad, mostly the chicken is fresh and looks nice, but there are big disadvantages:
1. On weekends or in the evenings, you can wait 20-30 minutes for an order (a record of 44 minutes on a Saturday evening)
2. Paid positions are often not reported. Yesterday I made an order of ~ 65 rubles, the wait took about 18 minutes (tolerable plus or minus), but they did not put two twister de luxe (I took the 5050 coupon 2 times and there should have been 4 pcs in the order, but I saw only 2 at home)
Yes, my mistake is that I did not check the packages on site, so I do not require any compensation.
It's just that this has happened before with a burger, but mostly it happens with sausages.

A good point, I took a combo here for myself (burger, potatoes, drink), there were not many orders, my order was given in about 7 minutes. Everything was freshly cooked, surprisingly unlike other outlets of a similar network, especially French fries, even the butter seemed to have been changed exactly at the moment when I made the order.
The only thing I would like is for the breading on the meat to be a little less , otherwise it 's like you sometimes eat crackers and not a burger .
