I bought a bag in this island. I advise all customers to check the package before leaving. I was vacationing with my husband, and before the flights I wanted to buy a handbag. They pulled out the contents of the bag, filler and strap, under the pretext that they wanted to put it in a bag. A friend who was also on vacation in Almaty recommended contacting the seller and finding out if they accidentally removed it and if so, she will grab it for me on the way back. I contacted the seller, and as a result I was blocked. I am writing a review so that other buyers will be warned.
