A very strange enterprise: leaving the data for the preliminary calculation of the order, I had to make more than 15 calls to get information about the result: constant postponements of deadlines, not even production, but calculation ("we will contact you before the end of the week", "today before the end of the day", "in 15 minutes"). Somehow, a call to the director helped, who, as it turned out, "knows which employee has my order," but strangely puts things in order only after a personal request from the client. I do not recommend contacting anyone, only if there is absolutely no one else.
