For 3 years now I've been ordering online Migros Sanal home delivery. It's convenient but almost every order had some problems: delivery delays or no delivery at all, low quality of goods, missing items. And there is one very serious issue: Migros Sanal never returns you money for the products which were not delivered in reality even if they Instead you will receive annoying calls promising to " transfer money immediately"! There is absolute lack of feedback and no chance to write a complaint.
