We are always happy with the result of cleaning here, things do not spoil. The timing is not always 3 days, but it is not critical. If you need urgent, there is an express, they do everything quickly, the quality is not affected. I recommend

I have been a client of this dry cleaner for 6-7 years. I gave away my jacket 2 weeks ago. Near the exit from the room they have a capsule coffee machine for customers. I decided to make coffee. To which the receptionist made a remark to me that you can't take it out! The glass was already full, but I didn't take it, turned around and left. You can't, you can't! A week later, when I received my stuff, I told them to count the takeaway coffee that I hadn't drunk. To which the receptionist said that I stole a coffee capsule that day and she has video evidence for this!!! I couldn't believe my ears! I bring branded items, I can afford any coffee and I was accused of theft??? Moreover, the thing was not even cleaned, I gave it back, but it was not cleaned again. This woman yelled at me, insulted me, behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Such boorish behavior is not allowed! It's good that there are other dry cleaners and polite staff in Yerevan!
