Decided to bring a car with my father

We asked some, others, and then we came across a 5 mile company that has inexpensive services and the most important advantage is that they have their own service station, which interested us very much
We signed a contract, the selection process began, and our budget was a little tight, so the selection process lasted 3 weeks,

I do not recommend this company.
After signing the contract, they lose interest in the client. Managers are poorly price—conscious, and their main goal is simply to sell. The car came from an ordinary company, although they claimed that they only work with insurance companies. As a result, there were a lot of hidden defects, which cost me a lot to fix.
Even before the car arrived at the SVH, I talked with the repairman (I think his name was Andrey). They promised that everything would be done in a month, but as soon as the car was in the warehouse, the time suddenly increased to three months.
Their pickers are a separate problem. According to the photo, I was previously estimated to have repairs of 2.5–3 thousand dollars, but in the end, due to their inexperience, the total amount doubled. I went far beyond the planned budget, although such costs could have been avoided with a more competent approach to car selection.
Later, when I met a man who brings cars himself, I found out the real prices for delivery and realized that this company has 1-2 thousand dollars from delivery for each client, plus it earns extra for repairs if it is done at their place.
If you don't want overpayments, delayed deadlines, and unpleasant surprises, avoid them.

I do not advise adequate people to apply, save your nerves and money. We still need to look for a worse company.
We ordered a car in May, everything was fine at the stage of concluding the contract, we filled out the client's brief, specified the necessary parameters (color, all-wheel drive, equipment).
At the selection stage, the fun began: they threw off all the options that exist, of any color, on a monoprivod, just to close the issue faster, and as a result, another car was playing. We won and were sent to Klaipeda, where, of course, we were stuck, like everyone else. There were no proposals for the export of cars until the moment when he himself began to pull, no specifics, only a basic set of phrases about Georgia, Turkey and Rotterdam. As a result, they took it out themselves.
The most interesting thing is the restoration work that Andrey was doing. There are many words, but few actions, especially in terms of timing. We will try to make it before the new year, then in the second half of January, then by the end of January, as a result, we took the car on February 7 (I stopped at 5 miles on 10/30/24).
I asked to find a plug in the rear bumper in November, as it turned out, on February 1 it was not yet available and there is no way to order it promptly (5 miles was offered for 163p, I found it myself for 80p (original). There was also a question about the washer tank, during the inspection in November there were doubts about its integrity, before delivery it turned out that no one had checked anything and the washing liquid simply poured onto the ground, of course, it was not possible to order and replace the car before delivery, we had to do the replacement ourselves.
We were doing the suspension, but we didn't notice the damaged silent block. I asked to see the bottom protection, if something is damaged, then buy it, as a result, the protection is fixed on the clamps. The headlight was also sweating, which had to be repaired by ourselves, since no one had bothered to check and make it in 3 months. In addition, there was a trace of primer on the headlight, apparently, they had overdone the painting.
Car painting is generally a masterpiece. Only the visible parts of the wing were painted, and the fact that they decided not to paint under the molding is not visible, although the money is charged for the full element. The sticker on the inside of the hood was not removed, it was stupidly painted over.The letters all4 were removed for painting on the passenger door, they were not glued back.
The only thing that was well done was to restore the alloy wheels, for which they deserved one star.
No checks, no certificates, all calculations in the exel table, respectively, you will never know the real value.
It was very brave to ask for 5 stars and write a positive review.
