I also want to share my experience of cooperation with 5 Masters. I contacted the 5 Masters company with the task of making my balcony not only beautiful, but also functional, and they did a great job with it. All the work was done with high quality and professionalism. To begin with, Artyom, the measurer, was simply on top: he carefully examined the space, took into account all the nuances and offered options that were ideal for my situation.
One of the biggest advantages of the collaboration was that they took full care of running electricity to the balcony. Now there is light on the balcony, and not just a standard lamp, but modern lighting that can be adjusted to create the right atmosphere).
In addition, the guys helped to install the furniture on the balcony. We have selected several comfortable and stylish elements: an armchair, a table and shelves for plants. The furniture was carefully installed, and now the balcony has become a full-fledged place to relax in comfort.
The work in all these areas was carried out efficiently and on time. Everything was done very carefully, without unnecessary noise and dust, and each stage was coordinated with me. I am absolutely satisfied with the result! The balcony has become a cozy corner where it is pleasant to spend time, relax and enjoy the views. 5 Masters has fulfilled all my expectations, and I confidently recommend this company to anyone who wants to transform their balcony or loggia.

I applied to 5 Masters in order to renovate the balcony, and the result exceeded all my expectations. The measurer was a true professional, took into account all the wishes and offered a suitable solution. The work on the installation of frames and finishing was carried out quickly and efficiently, while there were no delays. The balcony has now become much more beautiful and, most importantly, more comfortable. I am very satisfied and recommend the company to anyone who wants to upgrade their balcony with high quality!

I want to share my extremely negative experience that I got from working with this company. At first, I was full of hope and thought that my dream of a cozy balcony would become a reality, but the reality turned out to be completely different.
Firstly, when installing the balcony frame, the workers damaged the glass – I noticed several scratches that were there after their work. When I approached them with this problem, the staff said that I had made them myself. I don't understand how you can be responsible for such blunders in this way. This is simply unacceptable!
Next, they repainted the laminate, and it became a real nightmare. The laminate they laid is constantly creaking, which is absolutely unbearable. I hoped that the work would be done efficiently, but instead I got additional problems. The baseboard they were installing was cut. Moreover, the laminate and cabinet were also covered with scratches.
It is important to note that I planned to use the balcony as a study, so insulation was one of the main tasks.
Unfortunately, the company also failed to cope with this task. After the installation was completed, I noticed that the balcony was drafty anyway, and this created incredible discomfort. On cold days, it was especially noticeable how the cold air penetrated inside. I expected that a professional team would perform high-quality insulation, but, alas, I became a victim of a negligent approach.
I no longer knew how to react to what was happening. I paid a lot of money in the hope of getting the job done well, but in the end all I got was hassle and constant problems. Disassembling the closet in order to get my things out and then put them back was an additional challenge.
I do not recommend contacting the furniture manufacturer of this company.
I sincerely hope that my negative experiences will help others avoid similar situations. I do not recommend this company in any way – I am absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of their work.
