I arrived myself, after waiting for the staff for about 20 minutes (there was no queue), it turns out that the color was not changed and I can only pick up the white phone, we could not help in any way. I asked to leave a request so that they would call me back and clarify the possibility of replacing the color with the one I wanted, the employee after 5 minutes of persuasion agreed to make such an application (all the time he offered to contact the call center himself, which does not work). He left the store and waited for the call, but they could not help, they said that the delivery of the bronze color was unknown, when and how long it was unclear. I decided to take the white color in this case, and not wait for who knows how long. Arriving again in the evening to pick up the phone, standing around an hour, because there was 1 employee in the Samsung department who is engaged in issuing the phone directly, and he just physically did not have time (although well done, he tried). They gave out the phone itself after a long wait, asked about the headphones, said inside the box, OK, did not delay and left. After looking at the kit in the car, it turned out there were ordinary headphones, there were no gift ones. I had to go back and then for the first time I find out that they turned out to be over (no one even mentioned it all the time), took the data and promised to call back, when asked if delivery was possible, they replied that no, it was a gift! Honestly, it's just terrible. all. Absolutely everything. I have addressed you for the first and last time. The color of the phone is not the same, I spent a lot of time just to pick up the phone, they didn't say anything about the missing gift headphones until I clarified about it myself
. P.S. As it turned out, the warranty was also not noted. The most negative experience. I do not know how "lucky" I am, but I am inclined to believe that this is the "gold" standard of service in this network, where you will run and suffer for your own money.

I ordered Picooc S3 white scales (product ...8186) online for pickup from the store on Mstislavets, 11. On July 1, I received an SMS that I could pick up. I arrived, brought a black Picooc mini for delivery (a fundamentally different model at a price about three times less). To the logical question of how to understand this, they apologized for a long time, promised to deliver the scales home for free (if I needed delivery, I would immediately order delivery, which, by the way, is already free). It turned out that they mixed up the goods and gave my scales instead of a mini (not a bad gift to someone). They didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience until I asked for it myself. As a result, we agreed on 5% (in words, in a new order ...0313 the price tag was old), the approximate date is July 3. The next day, I received an SMS that the scales would arrive only on July 8 ...
And for all the time of orders in element 5, everything was always perfect, on time and without running around, but something went wrong for Mstislavets. I'm canceling the order, I'm picking up the scales at another place today (July 2).
