I use this store mostly. So far, everything is at a good level. There is delivery, the goods are securely packed, polite sellers, cashiers and movers. Competent consultants. I like it!
The service is disgusting. Unfortunately, consultants (not all of them) do not know how to communicate with customers and are rude through the word. Of all the "5 elements", this store is clearly the worst.
If the banks with which the store cooperates gave installments, then everything would be fine, but now the store serves as a choice of goods, and I order through online stores there cheaper!
I bought wireless headphones, they turned out to be of poor quality, 3 days after purchase they stopped working, I wanted to return them, they did not accept them, they said high-quality, they sent them for examination, they checked for 14 days, they returned them to me, they said high-quality, after another five days they stopped working again, they brought them back, they took them away for examination, they said until the examination confirms that they not high-quality headphones will be considered high-quality, even if they don't work, that's the job!!!!!!!!
There is not a single consultant when needed. There is no way to take the goods yourself. Since there are only exhibition samples. Only one ticket office is open. I stood like a fool in the middle of the hall for 15 minutes.
A normal store, a large selection. Perhaps the quality of the product depends on the specific branch. I bought a laptop in this network, but in another store (at that time the most expensive in the line), and I had it repaired three times a year under warranty. There is no more desire to buy there.
Employees stand in groups. If you communicate by technology, several employees are standing next to you and listening. Promoters are obsessive. Samsung's promoter is out of competition in this, tin. I do not recommend it.
The store is located on the outskirts. The staff is "sluggish" - once again too lazy to approach, mediocre knowledge of technology.

In my opinion, the store should provide full support for the product being sold, regardless of its price, technical characteristics and dimensions, or at least help to find a solution to the problem.
Alas, I do not have a higher specialized education in order to figure out what Additional settings to make for installing the product.
However, this is not only a problem for this store, but also for many others.
I was looking for large household appliances there, but I didn't find anything. It's a difficult choice. The irons are good and there is a choice, there are a lot of kettles- perhaps that's all.
