Cheated with the Protection+ program!!! On 03/14/2022, a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner with the Protection + program was purchased, the manager assured that it was possible to change the battery if it failed, which was prescribed in the Protection + public agreement for 03/14/2022. Later, when problems with the supply of components began, changes were made to the public agreement and now nothing can be changed to Protect + for this vacuum cleaner. Just pay and forget it. Terrible attitude towards the client.
No alternative solutions to the issue were proposed under the Protection+ agreement. We contacted the store, and by phone, and using the Protection+ application (there is a screenshot of the correspondence), they respond rudely and arrogantly. There is no question of any legitimate observance of the interests of the buyer's side, just a refusal and that's it.
They left feedback on the 5 element store in the Castle, where the vacuum cleaner was purchased, in response they were very sorry that this happened and requested protection documents + to their mail 5@5element.by they promised to find alternative options and deceived me again (there is a response from their mail).
The Protection + agreement is just a deception of the buyer, if you can make changes to it at any time and not comply with it.
