Покупал в этом магазине выпрямитель для волос своей жене. Выбор был от дешёвых до ооочень дорогих. Так как не разбираюсь, хотел уже купить дорогой и все. Но девушка-консультант порекомендовала очень хороший и очень красивый выпрямитель. Жене очень понравился.
Также в этом магазине покупал зарадку в прикуриватель для Айфона. Парень-консультант все грамотно и четко, по характеристикам подобрал. Я остался доволен!!!!

При оформлении покупки на кассе магазина кассир вела себя грубо.Не объяснив бонусную систему магазина и как она вообще действует и работает.На замечания в адрес кассира сразу изменилось отношение.И все стало совершенно безобидно объясняться.
Также дополнительно была оговорена дана доставки,время и адрес.
Целый день ждали,ни звонка, ни извинения о том,что не справляются с заказами и не привезут холодильник.
Настроение и отношение к данному магазину испорчено.Мало того,что доставки холодильника так и нет.

Сегодня побывала в магазине, покупала бабушке кнопочный телефон,обслуживание никакое,набрали молодняк,который ничего не хочет делать,очень тяжело посмотреть у себя в компьютере,есть ли на складе данная модель телефона,в любом цвете или нет. Показала на фото телефон,сказали у нас нет,берите сами заказывайте с сайта.Позвонила по номеру 275 (прдсказал один из консультантов,за что 2 звезды),оказалась у них на складе 3 телефона данной модели,но в другом цвете,подождала 10 минут и заказ был готов,через интернет.Неужели нельзя сразу консультантам все поверить,а потом отправлять покупателя подальше.Раньше в данных магазинах такого не было ( ставила 5 звезд),за такую работу им еще и деньги платят.Проведите,пожайлуста,работу с персоналом,что покупаешь на 100 руб или на 3000 руб,отношение одинаковое(хамское).

Что-то с каждым годом всё хуже и хуже. Большинство товаров можно только заказать через интернет, т.е в магазине их может не быть. Планшеты некоторые стоят намного дороже и на сайте указывают премиум товар, когда он им не является. Планшет самсунг стоит везде в пределах 1560-1800 с натяжкой, здесь же та же самая модель стоит на 500 и более рублей дороже и выложить уже за Планшет придётся около 2200-2300 рублей. Спрашивается, вы вообще умом тронулись ставить такую разницу в цене или это нормально?!
Брали сыну геймпад через интернет магазин. Консультант Карина помогла выбрать нужную модель,ответила на все возникшие вопросы, решила проблему с доставкой. Курьер Бабинцев за час до доставки позвонил,уточнил время, показал товар,объяснил как подключить. Очень приятно было совершать покупку. Отличные вежливые работники.
