We visited this store today. The goods were ordered through the online store. The order number was shown. We were asked to wait. The TV, slow cooker and hair dryer were taken out quickly. And something strange started with the refrigerator. We indicated that we need an invoice for the refrigerator. We waited more than 30 minutes for the refrigerator to be taken out, approached several times with the question of how much longer to wait. All the time we heard something indistinct in response, tt 10, then wait 20 minutes. I will note that I am pregnant with a big belly and it was very hard to wait. As a result, it took us more than an hour to wait for the refrigerator🤯
Further, we did not wait for the invoice, we asked each time to wait a little. As a result, the refusal.
They started making payments at the checkout, but they couldn't immediately write off bonuses because one of the employees didn't specify something. Waiting again.
I want to mention it separately for the management. Employees walk back and forth doing absolutely nothing, sometimes merging into a bunch for a "chat."
Customer orientation at the lowest level. Although this store is located close to us, we will not return there anymore.

The consultant's service was at the highest level. But the girls who arranged installments for my laptop there tried to sell leasing with an overpayment of 1400 rubles!!!! When I said that I refused to take the goods in this case, they immediately began to say: oh, wait, I'll look at other banks, and lo and behold, they immediately found a more profitable offer with an overpayment of 300 rubles. I have also repeatedly heard from my friends that they immediately try to lease you so that you overpay, do not see each other for this!!!!

The staff does not know the product at all, there were two times and always the consultants just poked and poked and when asked what the difference between vacuum cleaners is, she says no, she does not know the power, the working time, but she told how to put brushes on it, all her knowledge.
But at the checkout, the girl tells everything very well in her field, she is pleasant. The store itself is not bad, there are a lot of discounts, products, but the consultants are just terrible.
