I bought a Hyundai radio speaker, an Alice smart light bulb , an Alice mini light speaker , and a notebook with a charity event in this store !
What is the result?
I liked everything except Alice's speaker (it doesn't connect to my wifi, it doesn't work. It worked on bluetooth, but I didn't like the sound!
Naturally, I went to return the goods! - to which they told me that this is a complex technical device and it will not work !
I have read the laws - unfortunately, such a law has been issued in Belarus, which, by the way, restricts the rights of consumers! (And this contradicts the basic law of the Republic of Belarus - the CONSTITUTION, I consider it necessary to publish this law )
but! A big BUT !
It IS NECESSARY TO WARN ABOUT this!!!
I like it when you can look at, touch and compare several models on the spot, so I went to the store to choose a laptop. The consultant told us about the models he liked and helped us decide on a choice. I was satisfied with the purchase and service.
After the renovation, the store was transformed. Small, compact. We make many purchases in this store because we live not far from it. Sellers and consultants are polite. I recommend you to visit.
I brought a Polaris PHB 1589AL Cube blender to the service center. It was still under warranty.
The blender broke down within a year. Its plastic parts just melted during use, although I used it very carefully.
I was surprised that no one informed me that the repair was refused. It was only upon arrival that the employee told me: "Unfortunately, the repair was refused." I mean, she doesn't even know how or what to explain to me. And she shouldn't, how could she know all the details. She might have wanted to help, but she couldn't.
I don't go to Element 5 anymore and I won't recommend this store to anyone!
I wanted to take the tablet in installments, some conditions are written on the website in the store itself, in fact, others. Of course, I did not agree and said that I would go to the Electric Force and take the same tablet under normal conditions. They started being rude to me and saying that everything is exactly the same in the Electric Car because their people are sitting everywhere. I spat and went to the above-mentioned store and you won't believe it!!! I was given an installment plan without overpayments, although in element 5 they told me that I was a fool and Zoya would go to another store because this does not happen!!! I would have understood everything if there had been accurate information on the 5th element's website, but unfortunately I was not as satisfied as possible with this chain of stores in particular...
Everything is clear, the staff is competent, responsive, everything is done quickly and special thanks to consultant Nikita, I did not specify the last name.
I bought a steamer. The store is cozy, the staff is patient, I couldn't decide for a long time. The consultant girl told me about the same models several times, helped me compare them, and in the end I left with a purchase and a smile. In the store, you feel that you are welcome and it is pleasant to make purchases. And the steamer is already 4 months old-it works perfectly.

Небольшой магазинчик, соответственно консультантов не очень много, а посещаемость высокая. Но консультанты стараются всем помочь в выборе, это большой плюс.

ассортимент маленький, покупал наушники. Консультант предложил не вскрывать , тк наушники были в подарок. После вскрытия коробки обнаружил, что одни наушники были упакованы в защитную пленку, чего не было на вторых.Так же на вторых присутствовал люфт крышки кейса, чего не было на наушниках, которые были в пленке. Наушники были полностью идентичны. Итог - продали бу товар под видом нового , за полную стоимость. По функционалу наушников претензий нет, но все равно ситуация не приятная
