I bought a steamer. The store is cozy, the staff is patient, I couldn't decide for a long time. I brought a Polaris PHB 1589AL Cube blender to the service center. It was still under warranty. The blender broke down within a year. Its plastic parts just melted during use, although I used it very carefully. I was surprised that no one informed me that the repair was refused. It was only upon arrival that the employee told me: "Unfortunately, the repair was refused." I mean, she doesn't even know how or what to explain to me. And she shouldn't, how could she know all the details. She might have wanted to help, but she couldn't. I don't go to Element 5 anymore and I won't recommend this store to anyone!
