Recently I wanted to buy headphones, unfortunately there was no model that I wanted, and the consultants didn't even cram anything in, which pleasantly surprised me. But the impressions after an unpurchased phone are not very good.
The staff service ruined the mood. I came to the store for a specific phone model, but before I paid for it, I heard a million words from the consultants, what a bad phone and if I wanted something else. They referred to the fact that Samsung will stop working in six months.
A disgusting store, they sell stale goods, they say that it is better. We bought a phone under the influence of a consultant, and now the problem is to purchase protective equipment. I do not recommend this store
I bought electronics at this store today. A very strange and unpleasant incident occurred at the checkout. The cashier, with obvious negativity, punched the goods on the receipt, got confused in the bills, and then suddenly said that she had 50 rubles under the cash register. I looked and there really were 50 rubles lying there. She was in a hurry, it was the end of the day and I didn't have time to think whose 50 rubles had fallen out. I'm pretty sure she threw them under the cash register on purpose to hurt me. The money couldn't have flown so far out of her hands. Therefore, I appeal to the store's employees, please contact me. This is probably the largest store of the chain in Minsk. When I plan to buy equipment, I first come here to look at it before deciding on the purchase.
We ordered a washing machine through the store's website. The operator called back within 15 minutes. We discussed on the phone that the delivery would be to the area. First, they deliver to the store in Dzerzhinsk, and from there around the district. I asked several times when my parents would have the car. I was assured that on Wednesday 28.07 it will be delivered (ordered on Mon.26.07). On Wednesday, the store contacts and informs that delivery is not earlier than August 4. They didn't even want to talk. Delivery is 4.08 and that's it. Or come pick it up at the store yourself. I arranged the delivery, as my parents are aged, and we are working. In fact, I had to go to Dzerzhinsk. There to pick up, solve a bunch of issues that could have been avoided if everything had been correctly voiced from the beginning. I would like them to work correctly and know how the delivery is carried out in the area. There is nothing complicated about owning information.
Especially before going to the store, I called the support service to find out if it is possible to evaluate the work of laptops on the spot in the store in the switched-on state, as well as how people approach and look at working phones, to which an affirmative answer was received. I arrive at the store and see a section with laptops ALL TURNED OFF to my request to turn on the answer: most of them are without an OS and will be discharged. You might think that something prevents them from being charged. After all, the phones are on charge. Well, I found several laptops that I was interested in with the inscription there is an INSTALLED WINDOWS here, please turn on no it is impossible. You can't do that. He turned around and walked away. Remove this section altogether, it is of zero use, only it takes up space like most others.

Why do you need consultants when they have no idea about the availability of goods in the store. Before you hire them, please familiarize them.

Sometimes, the stock can be bought very profitably. Consultants, as always, will help you navigate by competing manufacturers and prices, but they do not always have information about why this or that equipment from the same manufacturer differs so much in price. And so, before buying any equipment, I always go to them, either to talk to a consultant, or to look at the desired purchase live.
I looked into the store on Dzerzhinsky Ave., Minsk on Sunday afternoon. Either there are general problems with the purchase of goods, or no one replenishes the store on weekends - I do not know. But the sight is not the most pleasant. The store is like after a natural disaster! The rack with razors is 30% filled with outdated models, and the rest of the space is empty spaces with remnants of alarm fasteners. There are also a lot of empty places in teapots, the product costs according to an incomprehensible principle, price tags are not everywhere, it is almost impossible to pick up something without a seller. And you can't find a seller... The shelves with dishes are half-empty and dusty. Especially the red mats under the pots were impressive - very untidy, with curved edges. On a large display case with knives there is one knife and one set of expensive cutlery, the rest is emptiness and dust. There are about 50% empty hooks in laptop bags. And for a snack, I remembered about the sales area at the exit on the left. I didn't notice her at first. Because it was difficult to notice it, since it was closely packed with refrigerators in boxes, and it was impossible to get to these sale shelves. I don't know what happened to the store, maybe the crisis and the coronavirus had that effect... But earlier the impression was definitely more pleasant.
I bought a laptop in this store for 3,100 rubles. Plus, I bought the original Windows and programs for another 600 rubles. The saleswoman said that the installation will only take 30 minutes maximum. As a result, they installed everything for me from 18:54 to 21:15, and eventually, when I came home and tried to use my laptop, I did not have the necessary drivers installed!!!!
A good choice. Prices are above average. But you can buy something profitably at a sale. Especially if you use bonuses. I take away two stars for too intrusive service from sellers. And the additional guarantee that they impose on you is not worth it in many cases.
The service of the element always pleases me. They do not impose anything. I use different equipment from time to time, I am happy with my purchases.
