The store is large, the selection is good, although it is better to order through an online system, prices can be found lower if you search, but overpayment for reliability and warranty. The staff works efficiently, quickly, unobtrusively, thank them separately for this.

I was very disappointed with the approach of the staff. My task was to buy an inexpensive vacuum cleaner up to 200 rubles. I went to the consultant, it turned out that there were practically no such products available, so the consultant could not tell anything about them. He began to offer expensive models. Although I set a completely different task. Another consultant also did not tell anything, said that they were all bad, the same and such, they say, are not for sale. I asked who could help me, but no one reacted, everyone dispersed, recommended to look on the Internet. I don't understand why consultants start selling the most expensive products without listening to the needs of the client. Really, in order for the requested product to be sold to me, I need to tell you why I need such a vacuum cleaner. In general, I left the store and bought it in Electrosila and also with free delivery. I was very satisfied, the vacuum cleaner works for its tasks with a bang! It's good when managers hear requests, and not just try to make a check and refuse small amounts.

I rarely write reviews, because I'm always happy with everything!!! But I just can't pass it by here!!! 2.5 years ago we bought a robot vacuum cleaner in the 5 Element store, we took the Protection + program. We were told that it is valid for all breakdowns for 3 years! About six months remained before the end of the protection, and some module broke down. They were taken to the store and repaired under the "Protection +" program. A specialist from the 5 element store carefully looked at it and photographed it, and took it away from us. They said that they have the right to repair for up to 3 months. Well, we're waiting! About a month later, I received a text message that the vacuum cleaner was ready and I could pick it up! Have arrived. At first glance, the vacuum cleaner was not ours, because there were a lot of scratches, we treat things very carefully, but after checking the serial number, we agreed - ours. Okay, apparently when they fixed it and turned it over, something got on the bottom of the case and scratched it specifically, well, never mind... It has no effect on cleaning. (By the way, when issuing the vacuum cleaner, there were no photos in the phone of the 5 element store for some reason). The vacuum cleaner was taken away - they charged the house and let them clean the apartment. Everything is working. When the cleaning was done, I take out the dust collector to throw out the trash and see that the mount is broken off! Immediately (it took about 3 hours after the vacuum cleaner was taken away), I call the 5th element from where the vacuum cleaner was taken and explain the problem. They asked me to take a picture of the breakdown and send it to Viber. We've sent it, and we're waiting... silence. The next day I call there and they tell me to wait again... Well, we're waiting... On the same day, they call back and inform us that the maximum they can do for us is to award 10 points!!! WHAT ARE the 10 points??? Why do I need them???!!! Give me my unbroken dust collector!!! Not only is the vacuum cleaner all scratched, but also a broken garbage collection container! We wrote a complaint in the store – they called us back and replied that they had called the service center, and there they confirmed that the container was broken! Are you guys serious? Am I really going to raise the boil if I broke it myself? P.S. By the way, when the Protection was concluded, we were told that we could bring a vacuum cleaner for maintenance, and we would clean it inside and out! After a year of use, they were given away for maintenance, do you think they were cleaned? They kept it for a month and gave it back in the same form.
