Since in Belarus, in principle, there is not a large selection of shops where you can buy household appliances, element 5 certainly occupies one of the leading positions, BUT ... How they deal with pricing for me, of course, remains just a mystery, let me explain: I want to buy a system unit for a child, I chose a position and monitor it for four months (not in a hurry), so that's what the strangeness is, its usual price is 3.300, (error is allowed), and when it came "Black Friday" the price of this block magically rose to 3.700!!!! I began to analyze some positions and came to the conclusion that the store, taking advantage of its position in the market, its monopoly, allows itself to literally rob, just brazenly rob people, unreasonably inflating prices for goods that, in principle, are not worth such money!!! Therefore, when going to the 5th element for shopping, analyze it 100 times, look for other options, do not allow yourself to earn money brazenly!!! This is a complete disrespect to the consumer, let them focus on installments, which they give out to everyone there, just to take the goods, but think, or better calculate how much both the store and the bank will earn for you, maybe it's better to collect the necessary amount and buy the goods cheaper, installments after all is how to pee in winter, It's warm right away, and then... but!!! This is my personal opinion, which may not coincide with yours!

We purchased a Polaris coffee machine for personal use on 10/22/2013. The staff service is very friendly and responsive, told about all the promotions held and described in detail the operating conditions of the product. The coffee machine itself copes perfectly with all its functions. We have been enjoying delicious coffee for several days. I liked that the coffee is not very noisy, there is also a special spoon for coffee and its compacting.

Yesterday (12/13/2023) I bought a Samsung Galaxy tab a9 + stylus Fold edition tablet in this store in installments. The consultant did not warn about the incompatibility of these devices. After contacting Element 5, I was informed that the styluses are non-refundable. The consultant refused to check the stylus in the store, arguing that it was not a very functional device.

Плюс - практически любой товар можно взять в рассрочку. Пожалуй это единственный плюс.
Минусы - консультанты пытаются втюхать программу "защита плюс" и другие ненужные "допы", начиная от мегого для телевизора и заканчивая пакетом офиса для ноутбука.
Не рекомендую.

Прекрасный магазин. Ассортимент радует. Но больше всего впечатлил персонал - как только зашли в зал, тут же возник администратор (хотя точно должность сотрудника не знаю), уточнил каким товаром интересуемся, пригласил нужного консультанта (подошёл к нам сразу). Консультант (не запомнила имя) подробно и "по делу" рассказал о варочных панелях. Большой респект!!!!

Замечательный магазин. Приветливые и компетентные продавцы -консультанты, которые не просто ,,впаривают'' товар подороже, а помогают в выборе. Широкий ассортимент. Каждый может подобрать для себя то, за чем пришел))). Просторный зал, не надо проходить впритык к полкам и друг другу)). Загляните туда обязательно.

Единственный маленький косячок который отнял у меня 20 минут времени это проблемы с системами: то чек не пробился и в итоге потом делали отмену что заняло тоже время, то не считываются с моей дисконтной карты бонусы. Но это мелочи, тк все решилось и работники молодцы, извинялись за неудобства. Всякое бывает! Очень компетентны и клиентоориентированы. Молодцы! Отдельная благодарность консультанту что помогал мне в покупке смарт-часов. Хороший магазин, большой выбор, рекомендую. Вернусь еще за покупками!

Не плохая точка электроники. По ключевым продуктам есть своя ассортиментная матрица. Обновленный дизайн магазина. Если бы ещё бывалые продавцы хоть немного начали улыбаться клиентам и перестали чересчур настойчиво "впаривать" расширенную гарантию, то было бы хорошо.

На сайте указано что товар есть в наличии в этом магазине а также и в большинстве остальных по городу Минску, но в магазине мне ответили: извините это ошибка , и то что ни в одном из магазинов его нет , только на заказ со складов. Считаю для этого магазина это не простительная ошибка
