So, almost after a year of warranty, I contacted their support center because the phone was already completely on fire. So, the girl at the reception explained that you need to reset the settings to factory settings on your phone and see how it will behave for a couple of days, and only then come. I did so, it helped for a day and after a few days I came back. The phone was taken away, given a temporary replacement, which was worse than a calculator and even worse slowed down. But at least I could call you. After some time, I received a text message that the phone was ready. I came to the service at 20.30 and there was already another consultant. Anyway, their shop closes at 9 p.m. and he didn't want to have anything to do with me. He needed to provide some kind of piece of paper that they gave me when I handed over the phone and that he Allegedly could not hand over to me without it. I was outraged and asked to see it, because I handed over the phone with passport data and asked to check it. This guy reluctantly got into the database and demanded my passport, fortunately I took it with me. He gave me my phone number and that's it. He again reluctantly took out a paper in which it was written that the phone had been reset to factory settings again and that everything was fine with it. That some kind of dent had mysteriously formed on the back of the phone. I frantically flew to look and indeed she was there. And I handed over the phone in almost perfect condition. Small scratches from the case are nothing. In short, it was dropped by some hand-assed guy during the repair campaign, and of course now I will not prove in any way that it was not us who broke it. The conclusion is this - never hand over anything for repair through a service center. I have run out of warranty and now fuck what I will do and prove. And if you do, then take a photo of your product before handing it over. And then you won't prove that it wasn't you who broke or damaged it. And also demand a paper about the work done, they don't really like to give it out, although they are obliged to.
They sold the phone with a substitution, it's good that they gave us our phone without questions and quickly apologized. Unpacking naturally took place without us and our consent, while they were paying at the checkout. If it was, of course, after 2 months of careful treatment, the phone broke down. Before that, the phones had been in service for 5 years.
Now they refuse to show videos of the moment of purchase / unpacking, giving different information about the shelf life. And we think that we were sold a used product at the price of a new one without video. And they refuse to return money for low-quality goods. Breaking so many sales rules... Assuring that the display module costs less than 30% of the cost of the phone. If you change it to a copy, not the original, then it is possible. But why do we need a refurbished used phone with a copy of the display (which will hang and not always work).
