I do not recommend contacting this store. We recently ordered a laptop, and although it was delivered to us safely, when checking in the store it turned out that it was difficult to turn on. After the first launch, it took about ten minutes for it to work. Then I asked to reboot it, and it turned on a little faster — in about eight minutes. As a result, we refused to buy. It should be noted that this is not the first time that we have encountered problems when ordering laptops from this store. Even an old laptop bought ten years ago turned on faster than a new one. As a result, we decided to abandon the services of this store and turn to another place, where we were offered a high-quality laptop that turns on instantly and works without interruption. I recommend that you avoid this store.
