I was ordered to deliver a bouquet from this store using the flowwow service in honor of March 8th. The courier never called, and at some point a note appeared in the application that the bouquet had been delivered. The customer had to call and find out where the bouquet was, and about an hour and a half after that, the bouquet was delivered. The bouquet was stale. It's a shame.
