Today, 08/21/2023, we came to return the product, we did not need it, due to the fact that it had already been purchased earlier by another family member. The goods were delivered in a package, unused, with a receipt and on time. But after the consultant looked at it, counted the number, she came up with something that is non-refundable, although according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", Article 30, paragraph 1, this type of product is not included in the exception to the rules. (Medicines and medical devices. Underwear. Hosiery. Cellular communication devices. Square footage goods (fabrics, carpets, cables, linoleum, film). Animals and plants). I do not recommend it.
